Q: What are my chances of getting an autographed Band of Brothers card in a box?
A: There is approximately 1 Band of Brothers autographed card in every 6 boxes.

Q: Has iCardz's policy about autograph cards changed?
A: Yes. When the America at War: D-Day/Band of Brothers set was initially being produced, the intention was to include either a Band of Brothers veteran autographed card or an Ingrid Hardy sketch card in every box. As the set hit the market, however, the reality of the availability of the autograph cards in particular set in. With the sad passing of veterans and their advanced ages in general, the reality of the task of signing countless cards became apparent. Due then to this limited availability, our policy then became to include 1 auto or 1 sketch card in every box ordered through our website and to also include these cards, randomly inserted, in other boxes. Our current policy, to be equitable, in the service of clarity, and taking the limited supply of auto cards into account, is to equally divide the existing cards among the boxes being sent to customers and wholesalers. This means that approximately 1 box in 6 contains an autograph or sketch card.

Q: When ordering, what are my shipping options?
A: All orders are shipped Canada Post Ground Mail unless otherwise specified. If other shipping methods are requested, additional charges may apply.
